The Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) offers a range of services to pensioners through its DIRGHAYU Pensioners’ Mobile App. This mobile application is designed to facilitate the access of various essential services for pensioners and their families. To utilize the app, users must register by entering their PPO number, Date of Birth, and Date of Retirement or Date of Death, in the case of family pensioners.

The DIRGHAYU Mobile App includes several noteworthy features:

• Complete Pensioner Profile visibility
• Digital records of pension and revision orders
• Download option for pension/revision orders sent to banks
• Status tracking for pension processing
• Transaction details for the last 24 pension transactions
• Submission details for the most recent life certificate
• Ability to register help requests and track their status
• Feedback facility for pensioners

Key functionalities of the application include:

• Navigation: Users can access important information such as Basic Pension, the number of revisions conducted to date, the last amount paid to the pensioner, the date of the last updated life certificate, and track the status of submitted help requests.
• Last 24 Payments/Transactions Details: The app displays transaction details of the most recent 24 payments if available for each specific pensioner.
• List of SSAs Issued: Users can view a list of all SSAs issued for their account and download any available SSA in .pdf format.
• List of Registered Help Requests: This feature allows pensioners to view all help requests they have registered thus far and check their current status.
• View Last Life Certificate Submitted: Pensioners can easily access the details of their most recently submitted life certificate.
